Influencing for Results
This course drills down into what motivates people to saying ‘Yes’. You will learn how to utilise body language, voice and linguistic dynamics to successfully influence across your organisation in a way that is natural and easy. By providing both logic driven solutions and building trust, a relationship is created which draws both sides towards each other.
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Use language that positively engages and moves towards an outcome.
- Learn the underlying motivational modes that drive people to say ‘Yes’.
- Create rapport in order to build trust.
- Work with your audience rather than push them towards what you want.
- Understand and comfortably deal with people very different from yourself.
- Be seen as someone who can effectively negotiate.
Each participant will receive individual coaching and feedback around real scenarios.
This is a two-day course in person Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
