The Presence of Leadership

Who are you as a professional and a leader? This course looks at your presence, your communication and your authentic leadership style. Presence is an intangible and mysterious quality. It is also one that can be learned.

We cover how to:

• Use your voice to inspire and lead
• Have presence, calm and credibility
• Communicate in an effective and genuine way at all levels
• Own a powerful and dynamic message that people want to buy into
• Convey your expertise and experience
• Bring your unique brand of leadership to the table
• Create a natural presence that informs your communication

This is a highly physical course that will push you out of your comfort zone. Each participant will receive individual coaching and feedback around real scenarios.

This is a two-day course in person. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
