Influencing Up
This course focuses on influencing upwards, that is, at senior and executive level. By embodying credibility and executing a strategy of communication which is understood and respected, you will be able to transform how you communicate. You will learn how to use behavioural and linguistic drivers that motivate people to say ‘Yes’.
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Understand the key components that are required to influence at senior and C-suite level
- Deal one to one and with groups of senior people
- Be seen as a credible expert
- Learn the underlying motivational modes that drive people to say ‘Yes’
- Use language that positively engages and moves towards an outcome
- Learn the power of silence and stillness
Each participant will receive individual coaching and feedback around real scenarios.
This is a two-day course in person Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
