This three-day course builds on your personal impact so you can hold you space in one-to-one interactions, at meetings and in front of senior stakeholders and C-suite. The course has three main areas:

Personal and vocal impact that turns up your presence and voice.

Influencing skills that allows you to achieve your professional outcomes in one-to-one interactions.

Managing groups dynamics and combining this with influencing skills to successfully navigate meetings.
Developing these three areas will allow you to increase your communication choices in order to achieve your professional outcomes while still being yourself. You will step into your leadership role and successfully communicate at all levels within your organisation. We will particularly focus on the unique communication demands that are required at senior level.
