Empowered Communication Level Three
This course is for those senior level women who want to consolidate their authentic leadership style in order to challenge, influence, thrive and inspire
Would you like to develop an embodied executive presence that galavanises all aspects of your communication?
This four- day course looks at the skills and mindset shift required for you to fully step into your role as a leader. Sophisticated communication skills will take your powers of influencing to the next level. You will hold you space effortlessly, deal with aggressive challenge and learn how to successfully work the group dynamics of meetings with yourself leading that dynamic.
The courses runs over a month: two days followed by another two days one month later. At the end of four days, you will have embodied your authentic executive power as a senior professional. You will have developed a presence that successfully show cases your experience and expertise at senior and c-suite levels.

- Influencing across your organisation
- Staying calm under fire
- Transforming limiting beliefs using new tools for mindset shift from neurolinguistic programming
- Using language that powerfully influences people’s preferences and motivations
- Developing an authentic, powerful and flexible voice.
- Understanding and reframing communication triggers that undermine you
- Stepping into your authentic power as a female leader
All women’s courses are in person. There is a maximum of eight participants on each course.
