Louise Collins is a communication coach specialising in leadership for senior professionals

I am a voice and communication coach specialising in leadership communication for senior professionals. The areas covered may include executive presence, professional voice skills, influencing skills, media communication skills, advanced leadership communication, presentation skills and executive coaching.

I have over twenty years’ experience working across the private and public sectors including the media.

  • Coaching and Training Environment

    I coach in person, on Zoom or a combination of both.

    Training courses are in person.

    We work in a safe, non-judgemental environment that provides a framework for you to make the changes you’re looking for.

    I believe that the physical and vocal aspects of communication are often the most neglected areas in leadership training. This can result in your communication skills failing to match your expertise and experience as a senior leader.

    By developing and integrating the roles of the body, voice and language in how you communicate, you can increase the choices you have in any moment to respond in a way that’s authentic and meets your objectives. Your presence and impact are increased and you step into your role as a leader in a way that aligns with who you are.

    We work with people who want to make the world better! How? By empowering people’s communication so that their unique products, ideas, research, technology and creativity is communicated into the world.

    We work with people to improve communication in the workplace to create a more harmonious, productive and inclusive environment.

    And, we work with people to help them become the best version of themselves as leaders in order to implement the above.

    Communication precipitates action. Therefore, we do not work with those that use communication to create harm in an already beleaguered world.

    • I have worked across all levels within a wide range of organisations. I coach senior professionals at director and c-suite level.

  • Qualifications

    I have an in-depth training of the voice and communication via a wide range of modalities with qualifications in Neurolinguitic Programming at Master Practitioner Level and as an executive coach.

    I have a degree in Latin and Ancient Greek from Durham University, a graduate diploma in phonetics from Westminster University and post-graduate qualifications from the Central School of Speech and Drama.
